1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how LiveStats, developed and operated under the WerKingDev brand, processes information when you install or use the LiveStats Discord application.

2. Information LiveStats may process

To provide server statistics and configuration features, LiveStats may process information made available through Discord, including:

• Discord server IDs and basic server information;
• server names and server icon information;
• channel IDs used for configured statistic channels;
• role IDs used for role-based counters;
• member, online, voice, boost, bot, role, and channel counts;
• LiveStats configuration and settings for each server;
• technical information required to operate and troubleshoot the service.

3. Message content

LiveStats is designed around slash commands, Discord interactions, and server statistics. LiveStats does not require ordinary Discord message content to provide its core server-statistics features and does not intentionally store the contents of normal server conversations.

4. How information is used

Information processed by LiveStats is used to:

• provide and update server statistic channels;
• save server-specific LiveStats configuration;
• respond to slash commands and administrative interactions;
• restore or manage configured counters;
• maintain security, reliability, and abuse prevention;
• diagnose errors and improve the service.

5. Data storage

LiveStats may store server configuration data in infrastructure used to operate the service. Stored configuration may include Discord server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, server metadata, and LiveStats settings.

Live statistical values may also be processed temporarily as needed to update Discord channel names and respond to commands.

6. Third-party services

LiveStats depends on third-party services to operate. These may include Discord, hosting providers, database providers, and payment providers used for optional Pro access.

Those services process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

7. Payment information

When you purchase optional LiveStats Pro features, payment information is processed by Whop or another payment provider used for checkout. LiveStats does not store complete payment card details itself.

LiveStats may store limited access and billing identifiers such as company, plan, membership, Discord user, subscription status, renewal, and payment-provider references when needed to verify Pro access.

8. Data sharing

LiveStats does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to host, operate, secure, maintain, or provide LiveStats, or when required by law.

9. Data retention

Configuration and operational data may be retained while LiveStats is installed or while it is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, or maintain the service.

Data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to technical, legal, security, or backup requirements.

10. Removing LiveStats

Server administrators can stop LiveStats from processing new server activity by removing the application from their Discord server.

Requests concerning retained LiveStats data can be made through the official LiveStats or WerKingDev support channels.

11. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect LiveStats' systems and stored information. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children's privacy

LiveStats is intended for use in accordance with Discord's age requirements. We do not knowingly use LiveStats to collect personal information from children contrary to applicable law.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as LiveStats changes or when platform, operational, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
