1. About LiveStats

LiveStats is a Discord application developed and operated under the WerKingDev brand. It provides server statistics, automatically updated statistic channels, configuration tools, and related functionality for Discord communities.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By installing, accessing, or using LiveStats, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use LiveStats.

3. Discord requirements

You must use LiveStats in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and any other rules that apply to your use of Discord.

Server owners and administrators are responsible for granting LiveStats only the permissions required for the features they choose to use.

4. Permitted use

You may use LiveStats for lawful Discord server management purposes.

You may not:

• use LiveStats for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, exploit, or interfere with the service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to LiveStats systems or data;
• reverse engineer or abuse the service in a way prohibited by applicable law;
• use automated methods to intentionally create excessive requests or resource usage.

5. Availability and changes

LiveStats may be updated, changed, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued at any time. We may add, modify, limit, or remove features as the service develops.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every Discord feature will remain compatible with LiveStats indefinitely.

6. Server configuration

LiveStats may create and manage Discord channels or related server resources when an authorized server manager requests those actions. Server administrators remain responsible for their server's configuration and permissions.

7. Paid features

LiveStats offers optional Pro features. Current pricing, billing cycle, cancellation terms, and included features are shown before purchase. The core included features remain available without Pro unless a feature is clearly identified otherwise.

Payments for Pro access are processed through Whop or another payment provider used for checkout and are also subject to that provider's terms and policies.

8. Suspension and termination

Access to LiveStats may be restricted or terminated when necessary to protect the service, other users, Discord communities, or to address violations of these Terms.

You may stop using LiveStats at any time by removing the application from your Discord server.

9. Disclaimer

LiveStats is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. No guarantee is made that the service will always be available, accurate, secure, or free from errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WerKingDev and the operators of LiveStats will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use of or inability to use LiveStats.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when LiveStats changes or when legal, operational, or platform requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
